Board of Directors
	Heather Meininger, President heather [at] themommiesnetwork [dot] org Heather is founded of The Mommies Network in 2005 and co-founded CharlotteMommies in 2002. Heather and her husband Kevin have two beautiful daughters: Caroline Grace (age 6) and Catherine Elizabeth (age 1). She has a B.A. in English Literature. She grew up in Ohio and Pennsylvania and moved to South Carolina when she was ten. Today she and her family live Charlotte, North Carolina. She also enjoys reading, writing and homeschooling Caroline.
	Suzanne Johnston, Director suzanne [at] themommiesnetwork [dot] org Suzanne and her husband Rob moved to Charlotte, North Carolina from Massachusetts in 1996 and have a son Trotman "Trot" Russell (age 4) and are expecting a second child in July. She has a B.S. in Marketing from Clarkson University (Potsdam, NY) and an MBA from Northeastern University (Boston, MA) and was the Site Administrator for our CharlotteMommies community for two years. Suzanne does some work from home as a marketing consultant, is usually involved in a home improvement project on their 62-year-old home, and likes to work in her yard.
	Rebecca Sardo, Director rebecca [at] themommiesnetwork [dot] org Becky was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio and moved to Greensboro, North Carolina in 1999 to attend Greensboro College. She graduated with a degree in Exceptional Child Studies. Becky has one daughter, Daniela, who was born in January, 2005. Becky also serves as the Co-Site Administrator for our TriadMommies community. In her free time, Becky enjoys photography, reading and music.
	Amy Sloan, Director amy [at] themommiesnetwork [dot] org Amy and her husband Gregg recently relocated to Commerce, Georgia from Cornelius, North Carolina. They have three children: Alexa, Hunter and Carter. She became a stay-at-home mom in 2003 and homeschools both her boys. Amy founded LakeNormanMommies and served as the site administrator for 18 months. She enjoys reading pop fiction, watching Grey's Anatomy, cooking, boating and camping.
	Amanda Anderson, Director aanderson [at] themommiesnetwork [dot] org Amanda is a stay-at-home mom to her daughter Isabel and her dog Chewy. She and her wonderful husband have been married since 2003, but have actually been friends since they were 13. They live in Glen Allen, Virginia where she is the "retired" site administrator for our RichmondMommies community. Some of her interests include shooting pool, music, photography, and of course - the internet.

National Sponsorship Manager
	Rachelle Watkins rachelle [at] themommiesnetwork [dot] org As National Sponsorship Manager, Rachelle is responsible for placing forum, site and newsletter sponsorships that help fund The Mommies Network. She has a B.S. in Communications with a minor in Marketing from Western Carolina University and 7seven years sales and marketing experience. She lives in Matthews, North Carolina with her husband, Ryan, and 14 month old son Jonathan.

Network Administrators Our Network Administrators support several communities, assisting the site administrator(s) and his/her team in the overall management of the community.
	Chelle Osborne, Network Admin Manager chelle [at] themommiesnetwork [dot] org Chelle is a working mom of twins: Jenna and Nathan, age six. She works part-time at the American Red Cross. In her spare time, Chelle enjoys scrapbooking, cooking, and reading. She was a long time member and moderator on our CharlotteMommies community before joining the Management Team of UnionCountyMommies and later becoming the Site Administrator, a role she served for over a year.
	Michelle Finnegan, Network Admin Manager michelle [at] themommiesnetwork [dot] org Michelle is married to Patrick and is a bonus mom to PJ (14) and Katie (13) and the proud mother of Collin (4). She was the Co-Site Administrator for our CharlotteMommies community in 2007. Michelle also works full-time as a retail store manager.
	Matt McAffee matt [at] thedadsnetwork.org As our first Dads Network Administrator, Matt is responsible for guiding and assisting our Dads Network communities as well as helping the Board to see and meet the unique needs of fathers. Matt grew up in Utah, and after serving five years in the US Navy moved to Charlotte, NC and married his beautiful wife Linda. They have a son, Tyler, and are expecting a daughter in May. Matt enjoys the peace and quiet of family life, and relaxing in the great outdoors. He is currently a Regional Manager for a national overhead crane service company that provides services for industrial manufacturing plants throughout the Carolinas and Virginia. Matt is a member of our CharlotteAreaDads community.
	Kim Dronsky kim [at] themommiesnetwork [dot] org Kim and her husband, Shawn, are high school sweethearts and married in 1997. They moved to Concord, North Carolina in 1999 after Shawn got out of the Marines. They have two drama queens, Alanna and Kaylan. Kim founded our CentralPiedmontMommies community and serves as the Co-Site Administrator. When Kim is not online, she enjoys having coffee with friends, shopping, crocheting, scrapbooking and a little geneaology.
	Kimberly Scott kimberly [at] themommiesnetwork [dot] org Kimberly and her husband Michael have 3 kids JP (5) Kaitlyn (4) and Ainsley (2). They moved to North Carolina from New York in 2004, she found CharlotteMommies and served on the Community Management Team. In late 2005 Kimberly and her family moved to Union County and she founded our UnionCountyMommies community and served as the Site Administrator for two years. She is currently the Charitable Events Manager.
	Amy Blalock amyb [at] themommiesnetwork [dot] org Amy is a native of Durham, North Carolina and moved to Greensboro in 2001. She graduated from Elon University with a degree in psychology and from UNCG in 1999 with her Masters in Clinical Social Work. She practiced psychotherapy, focusing on children and adolescents until July of 2005, when her second child was born. She currently is a stay-at-home mom but helps her husband Tommy in the mornings at his law practice. She has two beautiful sons, Cameron (4) and Caleb (2) and is expecting her third in March of 2008. Amy is the Site Administrator for our TriadMommies community.
	Stacey Kirk stacey[at] themommiesnetwork [dot] org Stacey and her husband married in 1999 and have three children, Jacob (8), Alex (6) and Lillian (2). She is lives in Charlotte, North Carolina where she is Co-Site Administrator of our CharlotteMommies community. In addition to being a mom Stacey also has a custom cake business and is a Mary Kay representative.
	April Rink april [at] themommiesnetwork.org April and her husband Kevin moved to Gaston County North Carolina in 2003 and now live in McAdenville. They have been married since June 2004 and have one son, Matthew, age 2. She is expecting their second child July 2007. April works as a Systems Analyst in Charlotte. When she has spare time, she enjoys working with the McAdenville Volunteer Fire Department Auxiliary and the McAdenville Women's Club. April is the Founder and Site Administrator for our SWPiedmontMommies community.
	Jeannie Toberman Jeannie [at] themommiesnetwork.org Jeannie is a stay-at-home mom three beautiful children, Tyler, Ava and Amelia. She and her family relocated to Elon, North Carolina from Chicago, Illinois in February of 2007 for her husband's career. Prior to being a mom Jeannie was a consultant specializing in Information Technology and new business development with a focus on data integrity for new customers for a national 3PL. Jeannie is an avid scrapbooker and enjoys playing with her tots, cooking, chatting at the local coffeehouse and getting to know everything there is to know about her surroundings. Jeannie is the outgoing Site Administrator for our AlamanceMommies community.
	Erica Lettice erica [at] themommiesnetwork [dot] org Erica her husband, Tom, and infant daughter moved to North Carolina over four years ago from New Jersey. She is a stay-at-home mom to three wonderful "angels" - Taylor, TJ and Brendan. She is also the proud new mommy to Oreo, their puppy. She enjoys a good book, cross-stitching, & photography & playing with ALL her “kids.” Erica is Co-Site Administrator of our CentralPiedmontMommies community.
	Chrissy Thomas chrissy [at] themommiesnetwork [dot] org Chrissy lives in Peoria, Arizona with her husband Sean and is a stay-at-home mom to daughter Hannah (11/2004). Originally from Connecticut, her family moved to Arizona when she was four and has been here ever since (for the most part!). Sean is the Founder and Site Administrator for our PhoenixAreaDads community and Chrissy is the Site Administrator for our PhoenixMommies community. Chrissy's passion is photography and other interests are scrapbooking and shopping. As a family, they love to go to the beach and take day trips to Sedona, Flagstaff and Prescott.
	Lori Fleming lori [at] themommiesnetwork [dot] org Lori was born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina and is proud of being a native to the area. When she got married in 1996, she and her husband settled down in Huntersville, which is between their home towns. They live with their two children, Justice & Shelby, and their two dogs. Lori is a full-time work-at-home mom who keeps kids in her home. She is the Co-Site Administrator of our LakeNormanMommies community.

	Margie Gilbert margie[at] themommiesnetwork [dot] org Margie is a 25 year old, stay-at-home mom of Caleb (3-28-03) She lives in Hanford, California with her husband Joseph, who is the site administrator for our CentralValleyDads community. Margie enjoys cooking, crafts, fishing, traveling, spending days with friends, the coast, the great outdoors, and much more. Margie is also a Future Director with The Pampered Chef® and is able to stay at home with Caleb more comfortably because of it. She is the founder and site administrator of our SouthValleyMommies community.
	Helene Perez helene [at] themommiesnetwork [dot] org Helene and her husband Rolando live in Buffalo, New York and are parents to two gorgeous girls, Meleah (1) and Isabella (3). Before becoming a stay-at-home mom, Helene was a high school Math teacher and a Mechanical Engineer. Presently, she serves the community as a certified childbirth educator and birth doula. Besides BuffaloMommies events Helene enjoys outdoor activities, exploring new places, cooking, and homemaking. Before moving back to the area Helene was a member of our HudsonValleyMommies community. Today she serves as the Site Administrator for BuffaloMommies, a community she founded in March 2007 as a way to make new friends and stay connected to local moms.

Network Advisors
	Amanda Keys, Charitable Advisor As Charitable Advisor, Amanda networks with local and national charities on behalf of TMN. Amanda and her husband, Shannon, are proud parents of their four-year-old son and newborn daughter. They are both Georgia natives and currently live in Charlotte, North Carolina, where Amanda is a member of our CharlotteMommies community. Amanda is a Georgia Bulldog fan and graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Psychology. Her husband's career in Nascar brought them to the Charlotte area. Amanda served as the CharlotteMommies Charitable Events Manager prior to joining The Mommies Network team. In her spare time, Amanda is an active volunteer with several organizations and is also active with her church. In her free time, she also enjoys reading and taking yoga classes.
	Kevin Meininger, Technical Advisor Kevin is responsible for the overall technical management of The Mommies Network. He is our lead programmer and offers technical support when needed. Kevin is married to Heather and together they have two children, Caroline and Caty. Kevin is a member of our CharlotteAreaDads community. He currently works full-time at a Charlotte printing company as IT Manager and in his spare time he enjoys forex trading and removing/replacing his photo from this website.
	Linda McAffee, Pre-Launch Advisor Linda coordinates launching new communities - from applications to launch. She moved to Charlotte in 2001. She is married to Matt and they have a son, Tyler, and are expecting a daughter in May. Prior to being a mom she worked with cardiac patients developing exercise programs. Now she is a personal trainer, teaches aerobics class and offers massage therapy. Linda likes to garden and work on fixing up her house. Linda is a member of our CharlotteMommies community and served as their Usergroup Manager for two years.
	Dr. Anita Blanchard, Community Advisor Anita is an assistant professor of Psychology at the University of North Carolina Charlotte. Her research interests include how members of online groups develop feelings of community, how feelings of community can decrease feelings of stress and increase feelings of health, and what makes online groups successful. Anita has been married to Dave for 5 years, has a 3 year old son, Conor, and is trying to add a sibling to the family.
